Cremasteric reflex

The cremasteric reflex is a superficial (i.e., close to the skin’s surface) reflex observed in human males.

This reflex is elicited by lightly stroking the superior and medial (inner) part of the thigh (direction of stroke is irrelevant).[1] The normal response is an immediate contraction of thecremaster muscle that pulls up the testis on the side stroked (and only on that side).”

Found this whilst trying to find out if there is a name for that response some people get with height, possibly related vertigo, of a slight dull ache in the lower stomach, groin or in males the testes.
